I believe that the value of design comes to life when it is lived with and loved. My pieces are made to last and to be enjoyed every day.
How I work
I create design objects reflecting on the relationship between tactility and technology through 3D clay printing. My pieces are sculptural objects that literally and metaphorically capture human gestures in the machine-made. Intrigued by the contrast of the print´s rational aesthetic combined with intuitive interventions by hand, I aim to create a flowing fabric-like quality. Each piece is individually made and brings together a visual softness and tangible rigidity, inviting the viewer to touch and feel it.
I express the potential of 3D clay printing technology while embracing individuality in the process. Bringing together the maker´s hand with the machine-made, my designs celebrate touch as an act of re-connecting.
